Okay. You’ve built some basic skills and comfort with the gun. You’re probably even a pretty good shot. Now it’s time to use those skills while adding in more involved skills. This is where you start down the path of actually mastering the gun. Guns are mechanical devices and can have malfunctions. Knowing how to fix those malfunctions and get the gun running again is an important peice of the puzzle of building a shooter.
This class will involve some moving and shooting, as well as more work on addressing multiple targets.
Cost: $75
Duration: 4 hours
Round Count: 50-200 This can be flexible due to the cost and availability of ammunition.
Required Equipment:
- Handgun w/magazines
- Holster
- Magazine pouches (Optional-if you want to use pockets, that’s fine, just know it will slow you down.)
- Sturdy belt
- Appropriate clothing (Closed-toe shoes, no low-cut shirts, suitable for expected hot/cold/inclement weather)
- Baseball cap to protect from sun/hot brass
- Eye protection/ear protection, electronic muffs preferred
